Created and packaged onsite in The Chocolate Room at Ashford Castle by Chef Paula Stakelum (Paula Pastry) and her team.
The concept for the chocolate shards at Mrs Teas were created one afternoon in the Ashford Castle pastry kitchen many years ago. Our owner Mrs Tollman sparked the idea, and we followed through to create what we now call our signature collection range of shards.
