Inspired by a living piece of history – the last Guinness Apple Tree on the Ashford Estate, planted over a century ago when the Guinness family called Ashford Castle home.
Each egg is handcrafted by Paula Pastry from our signature ‘Legend’ 55% Milk Chocolate and filled with 29% ‘Legacy’ milk shards, textured chocolate with roasted hazelnut notes, echoing the tree’s bark.
Hand-painted with layered greens and accented with deep red, every detail celebrates the movement of the leaves and the iconic Guinness Apples that still fruit each year.
