The concept for the chocolate shards at Mrs Teas Boutique were created one afternoon in the Ashford Castle pastry kitchen many years ago. Our owner Mrs Tollman sparked the idea, and we followed through to create what we now call our signature collection range of shards, crafted by Chef Paula Stakelum (PaulaPastry) and her team.
