Ingredients: Dark Chocolate 66% (Soya Lecithin), Pecan Nut, Caster sugar, Pasteuirsed Egg White, Cinnamon, Ground ginger, Coriander seeds, Salt.

The concept for the chocolate shards at Mrs Teas Boutique were created one afternoon in the Ashford Castle pastry kitchen many years ago. Our owner Mrs Tollman sparked the idea, and we followed through to create what we now call our signature collection range of shards.
