In the event you are not entirely happy with your purchase, a refund can be obtained on items returned within 14 days of receipt or an exchange can be obtained within 28 days of receipt of purchases.
Refunds can only be made in the original tender of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment card or type. If the original payment type is unavailable, we can offer you an exchange. We are happy to refund your items provided they are returned to us tagged, unused, with original packaging and are fit for resale and returned to us within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns and exchanges can be made on full or partial transactions. We adopt a no quibble policy to products with a manufacturing defect. For reasons of hygiene, unless faulty or not as described, we cannot offer an exchange or refund on Earrings. There is no refund on food or gift vouchers.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account. This may take 5 working days to appear in your account
